How We Repair Your Laptop
Step 1 - Diagnosis & Free Quote
Drop off your laptop or request onsite service. We diagnose the problem,
explain what needs to be fixed, and give you a firm price — before any work
begins. Most diagnoses take 15-30 minutes. No obligation, no hidden fees.
Step 2 - Repair
Once you approve the quote, our technician begins the repair immediately.
We use professional-grade tools and OEM-quality parts. Common repairs (screen replacement, RAM/SSD upgrade, keyboard replacement) are completed within 2-4 hours for in-store service. Onsite repairs depend on part availability.
Step 3 - Testing & Return
Every repaired laptop goes through a 12-point quality check: screen, keyboard,
trackpad, ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, webcam, speakers, battery, charging,
temperature, and software boot. Only after passing all checks do we return
your laptop with a warranty on parts and labor.

The duration to fix the computer depends on the severity of the problem and we need to assess and diagnose the problem of your device before we can advise how long it will take for us to repair it. It also depends on the number of devices in hand that we have to repair for other clients, hence we can only advise you the timeframe for certain after you have contacted us via call or WhatsApp and after we have assessed the problem of your device.
Yes. All our repairs come with warranty on both parts and labor. Screen replacements: 3-month warranty. Component repairs (motherboard, keyboard): 3-month warranty. Performance upgrades (RAM, SSD): manufacturer warranty on the part + 1-month installation warranty. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no additional cost.
